The chart below shows the price comparison of 9 different grocery
and convenience stores. The items chosen were what I consider
neccesities of life for a college student.
The choice beer used for research purposes was Bud-Light 1/2 case.
The choice wine was Woodbridge Chardonnay 750 ml.
The choice bread was Sunbeam Giant.
The choice milk was Dairy Fresh 1 gallon 2%.
The choice toilet paper was Charmin 4-pack regular.

As shown in the above table, here are the cheapest stores per item:
Beer - Bruno's/Winn-Dixie
Wine - Wal-Mart
Bread - all the same
Milk - BP/Conoco
Toilet Paper - Abernathy's
Not counting bread - all the stores received 1 vote - except the Corner, Kmart, and JD'S.
This eliminates the Corner, Kmart, and JD'S.
Next, since Abernathy's, the BP, the Corner, Kmart, and the Conoco were all missing an item or two, they were eliminated
as well.
This leaves only Bruno's, Wal-Mart, and Winn-Dixie.
Adding all the items together, Bruno's total = $22.15, Wal-Mart = $21.15, and Winn-Dixie = $21.31.
Wal-Mart is the cheapest, but you will make up for that in gas to get there.
This leaves only Bruno's and Winn-Dixie, and since Bruno's is little quicker to get to than Winn-Dixie, I vote
for Bruno's as the cheapest and quickest place to get our luxury items (unless you don't care about the kind of
toilet paper you use - then the Conoco is the best place to shop).
